A 12-Year Journey
Hayır Erdem Bilig Association was founded in 2014 in Ulaanbaatar to strengthen the Turkic-Mongolian cultural connection. Our founding members aimed to build a bridge founded on the shared history and values of both peoples.
What began as a small educational circle has today, with hundreds of members and dozens of programs, become one of Mongolia's most active cultural associations. We serve in four languages: Mongolian, Kazakh, Turkish and English.
Our name 'Хайр Эрдэм Билиг' — Love, Knowledge, Wisdom — reflects both our philosophy of service and the values we instill in our members.
Our Mission
To reach people in Mongolia who struggle to access education, clean water and basic life necessities; to deliver the trust of donors to those in need efficiently, transparently and carefully. To be a reliable hand reaching out to those in need, guided by the principles of love, science and wisdom.
Our Vision
To be an exemplary association known for speed, transparency and lasting solutions in mutual aid. Beyond responding to today's needs, to build a sustainable future in which communities can stand on their own feet.

Love (Хайр)
We approach every member, volunteer and participant with respect and love; we see differences as richness.

We place scientific thinking, research and learning at the foundation of all our activities. Knowledge grows when shared.

We combine traditional knowledge with modern approaches, valuing collective wisdom and long-term thinking.
